IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SUMMER HOLIDAY TRAINING

Please note the following changes :

Normal Training up to and including Saturday 29th July .

W/c 1st August & W/c 21st August
Development Squad – Tuesday & Friday only at Riddings

Other Squads : If you train 6 hrs per week – Monday & Wednesday at Pods If you train 8 hrs or more per week Monday & Wednesday at Pods + Thursday at Riddings

W/c 7th & 14th August :
*****NO TRAINING******

W/c 28th August :
Development Squad – Tuesday & Friday only at Riddings

Other Squads : If you train 6hrs per week – Wednesday & Friday Pods
If you train 8 hrs or more per week Wednesday & Friday Pods +
Thursday Riddings
